On Friday, three cars filled to capacity with 14 Fun Seekers departed Paradise looking for deals.  They snaked their way north over Blood Mountain on Hwy 129 to take advantage of Labor Day sales at the famous Alexander's, in Blairsville.  Shopped out for the moment, it was off to salads, pizza, pasta, subs, and gyros for lunch at Sicily's located in a strip mall at 305 H Murphy Highway in Blairsville.  After their yummy meal, the group visited Sleepy Hollow, a magical place filled with hand built whimsical fairy houses custom built on property by Arthur Millican Jr. who enjoyed a prior career with Disney.  Once again, appeasing the shopping gene, our Funsters scrutinized four thrift stores before returning to PVC, tired, but extremely happy with their finds.
