Helen Czerwinski had a wonderful 75th Birthday Party at The Cottage Winery surrounded by almost 40 friends from Paradise and the winery.  The weather was gorgeous and the views were breathtaking as always.  Helen graciously treated the group to several scrumptious pizzas from Papa John's Pizza.  Diane Recchia made a delicious salad.  Gloria House and Jan Timoteo brought a beautiful, delicious, strawberry plaid-ribbon birthday cake which we all got to enjoy.   The group was pleased to be serenaded from the patio deck with a couple of Helen's favorite bagpipe tunes. We not only enjoyed her entertainment, but her infectious smile as well. 

Helen received numerous individual cards and two group cards signed by friends in the park.  A Love offering was taken up thru the park and we were able to treat her to a gift card for Wal-Mart, a gift card for Wendy's, (where her Seniors group goes) and cash.  Jim and Sandra Penner, Cottage Winery owners, were most kind and hospitable to open the winery for this event and  they presented Helen with a bottle of Syrah Eighteen ( a port style wine), their present from the winery.  Of course Helen, in her normal generous nature, decided everyone should get a taste of her special wine.  A good time was had by all.  Happy Birthday Helen!  We wish you MANY more to come....
