This was the beginning. Story has it that there is a better collection of old start-up pictures but I've not seen them?  These were the days when you could buy a lot for $5000 or $7500. Just look at that Pavilion.  The road sign was fresh and new. This was Phase I, recorded with the County in 1992.  Lots were offered for sale over a card table at Atlanta shows. " Get your mountain get-away right here" Several Phases of development were first envisioned. Who knew this would continue Phase after Phase, through nine Phases finally recorded in 2000, and finally "sold out" in 2005/2006. ( Have an old Paradise photo ? Want to see it here? Get in touch ! )
