1. Paradise Valley Campground (PVC) has NO Regular Rental office or Park Office !

2. ALL lots, or campsites, are privately owned, just like houses in a neighborhood.

3. PVC is a gated community !     A Gate Opener is necessary to enter !
       To see a property you must contact the real estate agent or property owner. 
       You may not simply come here and drive around. 

4. YES !   PVC has rules for how you may USE YOUR LOT !    USE is explained here

5. Address: 1000 Paradise Valley Road, Cleveland Georgia 30528. 
                       ( PVC is close to Cleveland, Helen, and Dahlonega. )
                       GPS: Do Not target Paradise Valley Campground, use street address.
                                  (A similar name  NUDIST CAMP  may, or will, confuse your GPS)  

6. An RV or Park Model (PM) is required on the lot, for you to occupy the lot. 
    Cabins advertised are only an addition to your RV or PM use.
