Campground - an RV park with deeded RV lots in the north Georgia Mountains near Helen and Cleveland, Georgia. Located in White
County, just off US 129 about 6 miles north of
Cleveland at 1000 Paradise Valley Rd., 30528, our beautiful campground features fast flowing streams and pleasantly rolling terrain.
Our 289 individual deeded RV Lots vary greatly in size. Some Lots enjoy spectacular mountain views. Many owners have constructed small
cabins, sheds and other structures to augment their RV lifestyle. Many have beautiful gardens and significant landscape improvements, adding to the
beauty of our park.
Owners enjoy Paradise all year round, but especially the Summer and Fall seasons. Our many Florida owners escape the
Summer heat to enjoy the wonderful cool mountain climate. Others reside in and around the Atlanta area, retreating here to escape the congestion,
and the rush of every day city life.
A visitor here will witness our owners moving about the Campground on golf cars (aka: golf carts), the favored in-park transport, attending various functions,
swimming in the pool
and generally enjoying a full social life. You might pass a motor home leaving for a short trip, as many owners travel from
Paradise for a few days or a few weeks, visiting family, visiting friends and enjoying their RV travels.
Should you visit in the evening hours you will see increased golf car activity as owners visit one another, attend bingo / card / potluck and other
evening pastimes. There is never a dull moment in Paradise and you may participate as much or as little as you like.

covenants which aid in maintaining the quality of our

WHAT'S NEW ??
July 5,
2024 I received a letter
dated in June, from the 2024 PVC Board of Directors
requesting that I remove Bylaws, Rules, Covenants, and
Meeting Minutes from this website. In compliance with
this multi-member signed letter, I have deleted the
Documents page providing access to about 20 years of
such Documents which were viewed daily. Please
direct any comments to members of the PVC Board of
Directors and not this website...
