To Paradise Valley
Campground - an RV park with private RV lots. We are
in the north Georgia Mountains near Helen and Cleveland, Georgia. Located in White
County, just off US 129 about 6 miles north of Cleveland, our beautiful campground features fast
flowing streams and pleasantly rolling terrain.
Our 290 individual RV Lots vary greatly in size up to an acre. Some Lots enjoy spectacular mountain
views. Many owners have constructed small cabins, sheds and other structures to augment their RV
lifestyle. Many have beautiful gardens and significant landscape improvements adding to the beauty of our park.
Our owners enjoy Paradise all year round,
especially the Summer and Fall seasons.
Our
many Florida owners escape the Summer heat to enjoy the
wonderful cool mountain climate. Others reside
in and around the Atlanta area, retreating here to escape the city, and the rush of every day
city life.
A visitor here will witness our owners moving about the Campground on golf cars, the favored
in-park transport, attending various activities in our Pavilion, swimming in the pool and generally
enjoying a full social life. You might pass a motor home leaving for a short trip, as many
owners travel from Paradise for a few days or a few weeks, visiting family,
visiting friends and enjoying their
RV travels.
Should you visit in the evening hours you
will see increased golf car activity as owners visit one
another, attend bingo / card / potluck and other evening activities. There is never a dull moment
in Paradise and you may participate as much or as little as you like.

corporate owners association and elect a Board of
Directors annually. Our individual properties, our
RV lots, are bought and sold just as any
other real estate. We practice strong support of our recorded
covenants which aid us in maintaining
the quality of our Campground.

The 2008 Directory is now available to all lot owners
from the Activities Club via the mail. The mail away price is $10 while the Directory
is still $6 here in the park. Email or telephone to have a copy sent to you!
ED: We
understand that absurd fuel prices may be
keeping you from visiting as often as you might
like... Why not give your wonderful Congressman and Senators a call and let them
know how much you are enjoying paying for their
inability to provide for our National energy
needs.... I feel sure they would love to
hear from you on this subject ! You might
mention the RV industry too..... Just
a thought __
